What’s this contest dealie?

Together with Alice.com, we’re offering $100 in home essentials to the person who writes the most publicized question on parentsguild.com by July 4th.

Okay, let’s unpack that sentence. Here’s the deal:

• Ask a great, fantastic, compelling question on parentsguild.com, or pick a question you’ve already written.
• Tweet about it and ask your friends and followers to retweet it. Make sure you include a link to your question AND #parentsguild in every tweet. Some examples:

“I asked How 2 keep the fire burning after kids?  http://bit.ly/cBlzi7 Help me out by answering & retweeting! #parentsguild”

“What’s a good age diff btwn siblings? http://bit.ly/c3Qf8g #parentsguild #parenting -> pls retweet!”

• “Like” it Facebook-style. Go to your question page on parentsguild.com and click the “Like” button on the right side of the page. Get everyone you know to do the same.
• We’ll add up the number of tweets and the number of Likes for each question from now through July 4th.  The author of the winning question will receive a gift certificate for $100 to use on Alice.com!
